How long will I have to go to therapy to see any results?
Psychotherapy usually works best at a frequency of one session per week or greater. However, there are situations or issues where people can benefit from attending therapy once every two weeks.
How do I pay for the sessions if I am covered by my insurance plan?
I accept some insurances, and PPO's will usually pay a portion of your medical costs associated with Mental Health services.
Do you work with a referral network if I need specialized services?
Yes. Dr.Weltsch is well established within the San Diego Mental Heath community and according to your special needs can refer to other specialists for the best possible Mental Health services.
